Tomatoes, rats and relish!

I bought some tomato seedlings with the idea in mind of hanging them in the kitchen window.
What I did was, I grabbed four soft drink bottles, chopped the bottoms off them, bored holes in that end, then i shoved the plant through so its sticking out the top, filled the bottle with soil, then threaded the curtain through the holes and hung them up.

They don't look too bad, eh?
Malachi's rat, Miss Splinter, has passed away. We only have one rat left now. A little boy called Watson. Michael has taken a shine to him.

I do not mind. if he makes time for him, everything is fine.
I bought a big box of zucchini for $2 and have been makin relish!

I made sweet relish, and spicey relish, and I cannot wait to try them! I love getting bargains to play with!
