I love it when my sister calls me up out of the blue and announces they are coming for a visit!
Ebony is getting so big, and she is as cute as a button!
Hadassah was the only one we got a few shots of while holding her little cousin, but they all got their cuddles in. They just adore her, and are now asking me when I'm going to have another 'little baby', lol! Then after they were done I got my cuddles in ;)
You may or may not be able to tell, but I am not clucky. However she is just the darlingest!!
We had a great visit, with Ryan, Miriam and I wandering around my garden chatting, then us all going for a little walk around the pond before they went home.
We FINALLY got to go visit Mum and Dad! The visit kept being put off because everyone kept getting sick, but finally we just WENT!
Most of the family was sick, so we kept our visits brief. Fortunately we stay at 7 Smith, which is a house down the road from the main digs. This was such a blessing as it would have been a big hassle for them otherwise. But we fed ourselves, entertained ourselves, and only went to see them once a day (we stayed three nights) for a about an hour or so each turn.
We spent the first day visiting Miriam (no photo's) and that was lovely. Ryan wasn't there, but we all just chilled, and talked, and then went for a walk after a lunch of home made hot cross buns.
The next day we cruised into Lakes Entrance, and had a picnic lunch of fish and chips, at a park, which the children then played in,
afterwards going for a walk up the mountains slightly to see the view, seeing some swans, seagulls and pelicans along the way,
And also a skaters park, which was empty and the children felt the need to fill up for a little while, hehehe!
A lot of motor cyclists passed us on the way up, they were so cool! Some even waved at the children :D
You can't really tell from the photo's, but in these trees are bees hives!
And finally home again! Boy, were we tired!!
When we finally came home to our house, we were actually a little sad to leave. Usually when we go to Mum and Dad's its more of a social thing, but this one was like a real holiday!
