Morwell Neighbourhood House had a charity Fun Day, and we had the opportunity to go. It was a great day! http://morwellnh.org.au/emergency-services-family-fun-day-success/
The animal pen was pretty much the first place we went, after the hair spraying (Malachi got half a blue head, Hadassah got gold, and Phebe got green, we missed Eli because he's still only little)
Eli was fascinated with them all!
There was a corner where the chappy was giving out baby animals for the children to cuddle.
Next we went to check out the emergency vehicles.
In the fire truck,
Outside the ambulance,
Around the Police car, and in it...
Then we did facepainting. Phebe was a pirate,
Malachi was half a alien (on the opposite side of his head to his hair)
Hadassah was a butterfly!
Just before we went home we bought hot dogs, and ate them while listening to the band.
It turned out to be a hot day, so when we got home we were all tired, but the children were happy, and they fell upon their show bags, and were quiet while Michael and I had a rest. We were very happy we went.
