05 Sep 2011 Me, Yub

Suddenly felt guilty about not doing a real blog in a while, so here I am, with a bouncing baby boy on my lap, putting up a few words toay one who wants to read em.
This week just gone has been terribly hectic. Michael has finally decided, after much prodding from his shrink, CRS, and friends, to go for apension again, and this week gone has been full of him getting TDR's, follow up appointments from the doctor treating his depression, the doctor treating his sleep apnea, his shrink AND Centerlink - tying all the loose ends together, ya know? And that's been pretty stressful.
On top of this he's been trying to work on fixing the carport so it'll fit our new car in it. He's lengthening it, and putting in a dividing fence and gate so that the children can play in the back yard, but not around the car. To do this he's had to sink a couple of posts and remove the water tank and two bushes. He still has to put the water tank (its onlyy 200 litres, not very big) into its new home and reconnect it to the carport roof, make and hook up both the gate and the fence, and then fix the back verander so that the children can play on it.
Malachi and Hadassah have been really good. Helpful and not too trying, but Phebe is in serious attention mode and is sooky and stroppy, and Eli is increadibly frustrated because he wants so bad to be mobile, but is hindered by his baby body, and is very vocal in his displeasure.
I just recently moved him to the bottom bunk in his brothers room because he was not sleeping in the cot, and keeping me up too. I'd had enough after a week of sleeplessness, and shifted him to his big bed, and he's settled right down at nights again - only getting up three times to feed, rather than every half hour!!!
I think I have an inner ear infection, because I've got this nasty pain, and my balance is way off! I hope it passes soon, asd I had plans of starting Curves this week, but I have to wait till I can walk right, .
Fathers day was nice. Michael got two cards from the children and three gifts - the first two Tru Blood books, and a DVD called Zombie Land, and he's  very happy with them. Also there was a lunch after church, and that afternoon we had some friends drop in and almost go to sleep on our lounge chair, poor tired things!
Oh yeah, and we visited Golden Beach Friday arvo, and brought a little sand back for their sand box, so now they have both the sand box and the trampoline to play on again. We just recently had the trampoline tarp replaced, as about 6 months ago or so thry attacked the last one with steak knives (!!!!!) and were forced to go without for a while.
Eh, I think I'm going to go lie down now. The room is rolling around. Hope every one else is going okay.

Duuuur, me tired again! All the troups were active last night except for Phebe, who slept like a log. Malachi trotted in twice, and was up for good by fivethirty, Hadassag had an ache, and was up something like four times, and Master Eli was awake and playful, unless you put him in his bed and then he yelled ans screamed!!
Need to go get coffeee...........

They took a while to be okay after the insident because they realized they'd have to live with their vandalism for a while. Happy to say they haven't done anything like this since .
I am feeling much better. The room is staying still, my appetite is back (oh darn.) and the pain is gone too! Yay! I'm actually really suprised I got that bad. Usually when something like this comes on I get a massive cold sore instead.
It nearly gave me a turn when I first found out! I can't even remember when this happened but I'm pretty sure it was last year some time. Its not, like we leave these things out where the children can easily get them either!!
The punishment the children got was a time out with the realization that they no longer had a 'bouncy bounce' to play on, and this was quite a bitter sting, because up till that moment they had practically lived on the thing!
We have finally gotten the money together to buy a new canvas, and the children are over the moon!
Eli is sooooo frustrated right now, poor little guy. He wants to be up and about NOW NOW NOW!! lol! And *sigh*

Well, I'm not dizzy any more, and that aweful ache has gone, so I am very optimistic

He mowed the lawns AND cleaned the bathroom today, because I said I was going to do them, and he didn't want me too. Isn't he a love?

Michael has two . . . no three other books he has to finish before he starts the Tru Blood, but he has given me premission to tuck in, and I must say I'm having trouble putting it down!!
I've never had an ear thing this bad before, Michael wants me to go to the doctors, but I'm honestly feeling better now to what I did last night, so I'm gonna leave it and see how I feel tomorrow.
