25 Apr 2011 The Tribe

So I made a special effort to get photo's to post up, and then I had to remember to post them up, lol!

Eli                                                                                                Phebe

Malachi                                                                                         Hadassah

And me and my bubby.
Eli is growing every day, he has almost out grown the bassinet, so we are trying to figure out how to get the cot into our room. Normally the cot would go straight into the room they were staying in (in this case, Malachi's room) but my wound is just not healing well, mainly due to the cough, and I just do not feel equal with traipsing to the other end of the house every two hours in the night to feed his highness. He is also a huge chatterbox! During his waking moments (of which there are many) he gurgles and coos and grunts and squeeks and the gets grumpy at you if your not paying attention, lol!
Phebe is a little angel! She is not demanding attention, she sleeps all night in her own bed, she tries to be helpful with Eli, while at the same time not showing a whole lot of interest in him. She has grown more interested in crafts and colouring in, and this is good because I do not have to watch her carefully to make sure things don't go in her mouth like I do her sister.
Hadassah can almost write her whole name perfectly, and is getting better at recognising letters and numbers, though we are still working on it. This is very encouraging as far as our board games on Sunday are conserned because she can play most of the games with little help now :) She is engrossed in Eli and I really have to keep a close eye on her or she'd cart him round like a doll (gulp!), but it is fortunate that she is also very good natured and so when I bark out a warning because she has over stepped a boundary she will calmly place the offending object back in place and step back, rather than dropping it and jumping away like I have seen other children do (double gulp!!).
Malachi is okay. He is still very unsettled at night, and will trot in half a dozen times for cuddles, but he is calmer during the day now, and is doing his school work nicely, playing roughly but will back off when our displeasure is made known to him. He is disapointed that Eli will not be going into his room straight away, but I think he realises how much pain I'm in. He is very excited that Daddy is building his double bunk! He is putting two car beds together, the one with the fiberglass base on tip, and the ply wood one on the bottom.
I am now going to go have my lunch, so I shall bid you, see ya later!

Phebe and Hadassah are alike from every angle except straight on!!!!! I swear, the amount of times they are muddled up in a day is amazing!!
Michael was too hard to tack down, so I didn't bother, lol!

Yars, Hadassah's look hints that if you take your eyes off her all bedlam will break loose!!
Erm, yes again, I did have a wee baby not long ago, but I seem to have lost him and gotten this monkey instead, lol!
Phebe is 3, just, and she is beautiful, thank you for noticing!
Malachi is a lady killer - in the photo you can't really see them properly, but he has thick, almost black eyelashes, and really rich dark blue eyes, and he has a way of using them . . .

Yes, Mr Eli is growing by leaps and bounds! I'm glad that he's putting all he eats to good use, lol!
We-ell, I wouldn't exactly describe Phebe as reserved . . . I think the best way to describe her is she will be nice to a person, not because she wants them to like her, but because she wants them to know she likes them, does that make sense?
Malachi and Hadassah are nick named nitro and glisterine at the moment. Separate they are fine, but put them together and watch out, lol!!
Lunch was lovely, tuna salad sandwiches, nom nom!!!
