Since it finally seems to be warming up we have started officially
toilet training Phebe. She didn't wear a nappy today, except for nap
time, and while we have managed to get her to go in the potty yet, she
has asked to go to it a few times, for the sole purpose of popping a
quick squat, and then wiping herself with toilet paper, lol! She has
wet three changes of undeez and shorts so far, but this is no skin off
my nose, as they do not take up much space in the dirty clothes basket,
and I have plenty more for her!
Also, Malachi had a dry night last night, YAY! I'm not counting my
chickens yet, we'll see how he goes tonight, first, but he's five, and
to finally have a dry night is very encouraging!
Malachi was out of day nappies very early
too. I guess I'm not terribly worried about him, because I know theres
nothing wrong with him. I also take heart that one of my sisters was in
night time nappies till she was nearly eight, because she slept so
deeply, but she's all right now.
LOL! Well, all I can say is Malachi is very willing and anxious to be
out of nappies, but his problem is he sleeps so deeply he doesn't know
he's done the deed till sime time AFTER the fact. Phebe I don't know.
She's very intelligent, and loves to use the toilet paper, but a can't
say more than that yet. This should prove to be fun!
