13 Oct 2011 My Last couple of Days

Hadassah had her front teeth out yesterday, and it went smoothly, though she didn't have the deed done till about mid day, and so went for about twelve hourse without eating or drinking, and I was very unhappy about this, but Daddy says she was a little trooper.
Granny came with her friend Chris (*wiggles eyebrows up and down*) at a little after nine, but we were ready to walk out the door, so Michael and I scooted with Dass and Eli, and I dropped Daddy off first with Dass, and then tore into town with Eli for that child research thing I told you about.
I actually wasn't late, as the person who had the keys to The House couldn't be found. (They call it The House, so I shall call it that, k?) So the other mothers and I went down the road into their main building to wait till the key could be found, as their was a cool breeze and we were freezing our buns off. Once the blessed key was found we trooped back again and the lady (Linsey? or something like that)told us why we were there (basically to observe us with our child, and offer any help or hints to improve, and/or learn what is successful for us to help others with)(naturally I have a lot to offer)(har.har.), and give us some paper work, (mainly info what I already knew), and get to know us a little bit.
Only half the ladies showed up who were supposed to be there, but this may be due to poor comunication. I seemed to click with all the mothers there individually, and as a group we seem to be quite comfortable, so I am interested in seeing the rest of 'em. Very diverse group, this. Every one is very different from everyone else.
When I got home again I was informed by Granny that the two children she had were angels, and she had used the child seat I had pulled out from down in the shed and cleaned to take Malachi and Phebe for a little shopping and some playground fun before they were forced home again by rain.
When Granny left with Chris she was gone -oh, maybe half an hour? Before she appeadred again with a read face and informed me she'd forgotten her wee doggie, Tassie! I couldn't help it, I collapsed laughing! She laughred with me, fortunatly! When we had composed ourselves Granny said she'd drop by the hospital and check in, and once she'd done that she actually brought the two home for me! Dass looked a wee bit dopey, but otherwise beautiful :)

Today was another big day for me. I got our early and started the eashing and got Malachi to do his schoolwork before I had to nip off to Curves at 10am, and I took Phebe with me and dropped her off at 'dog house' (ABC childcare), I now have the little cardy thing that keeps track of my work outs and tells me how well I've done in my session.
When I got home I finished the washing and got it hung, then I tidied up under the carpost, putting stuff away, leaning other stuff against the fence, and chucking other stuff. Michael pulled out the iron that he's going to use in the gate, and then discovered that limited materials prevented him from doing more, so he started to fill his bottles.
After lunch Michael announced he was tired and was going to have a nap, so I took the opportunity of Eli being asleep to finally plant those plants that came home with me the other day from the garden, and pile up more stuff to be chucked (the bins are full, so there is a wheelbarrow full of stuff over there with them waiting to be emptied). I have them in the front garden, as I have room there now since I chopped back the hedge on that side. Must have created about two foot of space in the garden, at least!!
Then I went down the back and cleared beside the back shed where Michael will be stacking his bottles. I had asked him to do it (several times I have asked him, in fact), but with this pikiong yet again, I decided to do it myself, and I have a pile of long bits on the back grass, and a wheel barrow full of rubble in the veggie patch area, and he now has the space he needs, though what we are going to do with all this rubbish I do not know!!
I also stored away a few more choice items of clothing that have been out grown and I want to keep, and harvested a whole heap of Silverbeet and celery and lettuce, and then brought the clothes in off the line.
Hadassah has a little 'home work' to do this evening from her school book, and this is helping me fold the clothes (the books idea, not mine), so I folded half the washing off the line, and the rest is in a jumbled heap in another basket, which we have yet to go through.
I am so tired, mate, I just want to sleep ...........
Tomorrow is grocery shopping day, so its another biggie.
I'm going to go rest now.
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Yeah, well, I was sick over the weekend, head and muscle ache, sore throat, bit dizzy, but I bounced back, and today we shot off the Golden Beach for the afternoon
Hadassah's gums have settled down nicely, and she is also satisfied that hr toothlessness has not detracted from her natural beaury, lol!
