I mentioned in an earlier blog that Michael had to remove a problem tree
out of my garden. Well, after the tree had come down Michael sawed it
up into smallish pieces and piled it on the side of the road with a
sign, 'free firewood' beside it. Not five minutes after he had gone
inside someone had collected it all and nicely chucked the sign back
over the fence! Howzat!
I think the chap may have spoken to my friend Kelly, as she went out
the driveway as he was pulling up, at any rate he barely looked at me as
he scrambled around in the back of his 4WD to make space, but you know,
I am honestly thankful he took it so quickly, because it didn't damage
the grass, and I am glad he chucked the sign over the fence, because it
meant that no hoons could monkey around with it!
Its all good!
