He's sooo cute!! When he goes to roll over or wiggle in a direction he pokes his tongue in that direction!
Of course I'm talking about Eli! For the past couple of days I've
been watching his tongue to gymnastics as he wiggles and squirms!
So very very cute!!
By the way, I posted up a couple of links to another couple of little
flicks I took with the camera on the spur of the moment, if your
interested in taking a sticky beak.
Despite the whooping cough, I am not sick like I was after Hadassah and
Phebe - I have very few early memories of them, so Eli is special :)
One thing that I remember with Malachi in particular is his first laugh!
I was carrying a box of nails over the cement floor to the back door
with him in my arms, and I dropped it! I squatted quickly to pick them
up, and noticed Malachi was making a peculiar noise. When I looked at
him I saw he was laughing! I couldn't figure out why, so I stood and
squatted again quickly (no easy feat, as I was pregnant with Hadassah at
the time)(I fell pregnant with her three months after I had him, not
planned, let me tell you!) and that didn't get the same reaction, then I
saw him eyeing off the nails, so I gathered up a handfull and dropped
them again. Off he goes, almost cackling! So we spent the next few
minutes playng with the nails!
