Yes,
I have been sitting down, yes, I've even taken some time to appreciate
the weather, the garden, the soft chair I sit in . . .
The activity continues, though! Yesterday I walked Phebe up to Granny's and she had a visit while her two siblings were at swim lessons with Daddy, and then last night I had my very first coffee date ever with a friend at church! Never been out for coffee like that before, and it was nice! Only I had hot chocolate not coffee, and she had a chi tea, and we let time get away from us some what and I didn't get home till 10.30pm . . . but still! I had a great time!!
Today I walked Malachi to Granny's (she's leaving for Tasmanis for six weeks this arvo, and wanted some last minute time with the children, so Phebe yesterday morning, Hadassah yesterday arvo, and Malachi this morning), and at 12pm I'm heading off to Traralgon (about ten minutes drive) to meet my Sunday School partner at the Christian Book so we can pick out the awards that the children will recieve on Sunday for the end of year awards.
Tomorrow my sister is coming over to visit, and she will be dropping off a couple of bags of clothes, and picking up four bags of Christmas presents, (because they won't fit in our car once we fill it up with our luggage) and a bag of clothes from me to mum. That should be a good day, because I don't have to leave the house, lol!
Then its Hadassah's birthday on the 18th, Sunday is church, which will be awards day as well as normal Sunday School, and then hopefully I won't have anything to do till the 21st, which is Malachi's birthday, and then we leave on the 22nd!
This is me now, and you can see that the humidity is getting to me, lol

This is taken in the kitchen, and that's my preserves shelves in the background there :) I probably look a wee bit tired, but this is mainly because its something like 9pm, lol!
I actually still have some pickled onions up there, AND a jar of crab apple jelly from nearly four years ago!!
Erm, not standing the heat, when theres heat - it still hasn't warmed up properly!! I usually crawl into a hole and feel sorry for myself, or get really grumpy, lol!
one of my faster ways of getting 'alone' time, is to go into the bedroom and shut the door and read a book on the bed, or go into Michael's study where the computer is and pull that door closed, but I never seem to get more than ten minutes a time . . . well, I always say a little is better than nothing :)
I've just gotten back from choosing the awards and presents for the Sunday School, and then taking Elein home, and she lives about 20 minutes away or something. Its pretty hot out there, and I am now quite tired *yawn*
Sunday School's breaking up this Sunday, because I'm leaving, and we'll resume when I get back.
I know! Granny is going away for six weeks to house sit is Tasmainia, and she'll get back late February, and by the time she gets back I'll be ready to pop! LOL!
