Its a terrible, terrible shame! Why are these things not considered in the construction of such awesome items?!
I think, at least, that there should be options easily available for families who want to use big boofy toothbrushes!
I was holding them in a plastic cup for a
little while, a while back, but I swear it had to be cleaned daily,
which doesn't sound hard, except when it got hectic and it was
overlooked and I just couldn't cope with the unhygienic look of the
thing! Bleachhhh!!
Ya see, my guys usually swallow it before I can get them to spit it, and Malachi reckons spitting his mouthful of water out is wasteful. He thinks too much, that one! Keeps me on my toes all the time!! I shall make a new case for him when he gets a bit older, methinks!
Hey, you know some of the designs on the end of these toothbrushes are made as such that you can cut them off when the toothbrush bristles have died? Malachi has a collection of plasic cars from them, and Dassah has a few little dolls!

We-ell, you see the problem is its a new
bathroom, and we want to sell this place eventually, and if we add
anything too eclectic it will lessen the appeal to the general public.
Plus, it being a new bathroom means that there's the chance that any
tweaking Michael does that doesn't quite work could potentially be
expensive to fix . . .
Let me winge woman!! I can't do much about it in this place, but just wait till the next one! And I like your idea about the pencil holder, too! I hadn't thought of that one. I was thinking more along the lines of something that looks like a metal comb, type of thing, that you can push the brushes into, and pull them out, from the side, rather than the top or bottom . . .
Have you ever noticed how mundane adult toothbrushes are next to kid's ones? I mean, seriously! Who wants a plain purple toothbrush when they can have purple with pink flowers? Or one shaped like a bunny?
