Our week has suddenly become crowded, and I'm not quite sure how!
You see, one of Michaels New Years ' resolutions' was to loose
weight, but he does not have the discipline to do exercises at home, and
we discovered a fortnight ago that he could get a gym membership on
concession for $150 for three months! Since we got rid of Austar we have
a little extra money, so we signed him up, and he had his orientation
this morning, and starts officially on Wednesday!
On top of this I have been going on a walk every morning from 7am to
8am to try and loose a wee bit of weight, and also to get a bit of time
for myself . Kinda need this since the whole PCOS thing. But I started
BEFORE I found out there was anything wrong.
So our week goes something like this:
Monday: Mum walks at 7am. Swim lessons for the three children at
9.30am. Malachi and Hadassah are in the same class, and Phebe is in
infant class so I go in with her. Michael goes to gym at 4pm, and comes
back at comes back at 6pm.
Tuesday: Mum walks at 7am. Michael takes Malachi to soccer training from 4pm to 5.30pm.
Wednesday: Mum walks at 7am. Children go off to childcare between
9.30am and 5pm. In the time the children are away Michael and I get my
Sunday School lesson printed and organized. Michael goes to Gym at 4pm,
and I get children from childcare, bath them and get dinner on, ready to
eat by 6pm.
Thursday: Mum walks at 7am. Every second Thursday is a pay day, so if
its one of those days I'm gone all day grocery shopping for the
fortnight, and if every one comes its only for the morning, and we all
come home for lunch and the childrens naps and I go off again afterwards
to finish. Michael goes to gym at 4pm.
Friday: Mum walks at 7pm. Dance lessons for Hadassah are at 11.15.
Daddy goes to gym at 4pm, and Malachi goes to soccer training at 5pm
with Mum and the crew if Daddy isn't home in time.
Saturday. After my walk I endeavour to do as little as possible!!!!!!!
Sunday: Mum goes for walk at 7am. Church starts at 10am. Sunday School starts half an hour into the service.
I know this LOOKS like a lot, and I guess it is, but do not feel
sorry for me as it all sort of flows, and does not feel as full as what
it is. Except on Friday. Might have to rethink Friday.
Its good to be busy, as it keeps my mind off of other things, but we
are trying to share out the activities, as Michael does not want me to
burn out, as I will take on more if he gets stubborn and refuses to do
anything like he does when he has a depressive episode.
